In order to play in the Electronic Sports League you have to create at least a player account. On the left side in the navigation you can find the point Register Player.

After entering your required email account and nickname, a random password will be send to your mail account, which allows you to login for the first time. You can then login to the ESL Site by clicking on
Login on the left hand menu.
Participating in a team ladder, cup or premiership requires you to create or join a team account. Therefore at the top left navigation menu you will see a Register Team link. Click this and it will bring you to a page showing the information below. Here you can then enter a name, tag, the homepage for the team and the country where your team in based.

Once completed simply click on "Send" and it will load up a confirmation page to confirm the team has been created. From this page, click on the "
Command Center" link and take alook at the info & details that are displayed for your newly created team. Under the "
Teaminfo" tab, click on "
Edit Profile". Here you can enter a
Join Password so the members of your team can join the teampage. You can also add an IRC channel, Server IP and a short description about your team and its achievements.
Once you've clicked on "Send" click on the "Command Center" link and click on the "Upload logo" link in your team section. Here you can upload the logo which will be shown to every person who views your teampage, matchpage and the pages which shows the teams who are signed upto ESL's competitions. After browsing for your teams logo's simply click on "Send" and go back to your Command Center.
Your members can either manually join your team by clicking on their "Join Team" button in their command center or you can invite them by adding their email address to the field in the "Invite new member" page. Simply add the email of each of your members and they will recieve an email informing them that they have been invited to the team and will be given a direct link to automatically signup to the team.

After all the above is completed and your team has all your members in it, you will be able to join leagues, cups or premierships with your player or team account.
