To get 100 percent premium status for you team all active players must have premium and you should set inactive members to "inactive" or "honorary member" in "Team permissions" in your team's admin center.
If a inactive member is made active, they will be treated like a new player and will therefore receive the normal 10 days barrage for matches with this team.
