As General Manager France you are working closely together with our on-site General Manager. You are responsible for all business activities, especially costs , sales and revenues. You are the central point of contact for all business related issues and contribute significantly to the positive growth of our subsidiary. Decisions will be made on a common basis.

Du und deine Aufgaben:

Creation and Controlling of Budgets and Forecasts in conjunction with the local Business Partners and International Partner Management
Responsibility for all sales activities
Coordination of all Product related activities with our central Product Management
Permanent review of the most important facts and key figures of the local products
Human Resources Management of the local employees

Du und deine Fähigkeiten:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration and corresponding professional experience
Insight into the Internet/ Online Communities market
fluent in English and French
analytical, conceptual skills and strategic knowledge
strong communication skills
flexible, able to work under pressure, achiever mentality
team player
