Man on the spot: Lyn

Lyn has without a doubt become the starplayer of the SK-Gaming team over the last year.
He has become one of the best, if not the best, player in the world and was even the first orc ever, who was able to take down the powerhouse MYM.Moon in a TV match.
If he can keep up his current level, he will definitely be able to beat the best players in the world.

Interview

We always feature the coaches and SK-Gaming is run by Reis, who has acquired a lot of experience over a short period of time
and has managed to form a strong team just around 4 players.:

WC3L.HappY: Hey Reis, could you please give us a short review about how you saw the
last season. Any surprises?

SK.Reis: Hi, well the online season went pretty well for us compared to the offline finals where we finished third which was quite bad for us.
BeT showed an awesome online performance, it's just sad that they disbanded at
the end of the season and couldn't come to the offline finals,
but mouz was a great substitute. It was nice to see them performing so well at the finals in Changsha.
The other teams performed like expected so I would say nothing special ;D

WC3L.HappY: What do you think about the new teams which made it through the qualifiers? Do you think any of them are strong enough
to reach the playoffs or even the offline finals?

SK.Reis: Well mtw is the former BET team, I guess they have the best chances for the offline finals if they are showing the same performance like last season.
GG is a pretty talented team with great players they can be a final candidate too just have to see how they manage the wc3l system in ngl one they doing pretty good.
wNv is one of the best chinese teams, but the internet is a problem and it will be hard cause I doubt that Xiaot and Th000 can carry their team to the top four. I see nGize, nWo and Raptor in the mid/lower part of the ranking, but well even though they are the underdogs, they won't be underestimated.

WC3L.HappY: Let's go out on a limb and forecast some into the future: We have playday 11 of Season XIV now, and you look at the rankings.
What do you see?

SK.Reis: Well, I would like to see us in top two because third to sixth place is always a tough case. An online war is gonna decide who will go the finals and anything can happen there. I will just list teams which will be top six in my eyes, the order doesn't matter : MYM, mtw, mouz, GG, WE and SK.

WC3L.HappY: You've probably noticed that we've added some new maps into the mappool. The last question I would like to ask you is if you think it's a good step to add some changes to a league and therefore keep it exciting?

SK.Reis: For sure, it's always nice to see some new maps so the spectators since the spectators can have more variety and don't have to see the same maps over and over again. I guess with the patch we might see some new things as well, so this season will be kinda special because some new innovative strats and new maps will bring something new to this season.

WC3L.HappY: Ok, thanks for your answers and good luck for the upcoming season.
