ESL Aequitas 1.0 now includes a native support for War Rock! Starting from October 10th, Aequitas will be mandatory in all warrock ladders!

War Rock is one of the larger games here at the Electronic Sports League which creates a large demand for admins to keep our ladders and other competitions running well. In the past few months we've had a number of new admins join the team and it is time again to ask for more interested people to apply.

Almost three years ago we published a first beta of ESL Aequitas, our own anti-cheat tool for the Electronic Sports League. Three years, many improvements and reams of convicted cheaters later we officially break the beta phase up and launch ESL Aequitas 1.0, with added support for our beloved War Rock!

With the beginning of autumnal season, together with colder and shorter days, even Electronic Sports League began organizing funny Cups and competitions again. It's now the turn of teams to show their rosters' skills after the hot season. In fact, EU Admin Team started sign-ups to the WarRock CQC 4on4 Autumn Cup 2008! Only 32 available slots for an interesting Single Elimination tourney that will last till Autumn ending!

Finally, even the War Rock European section will host a ladder based on one of the funniest and at the same time most organized game modes. Even if DeathMatch Mode is still in testing phase, in order to bring innovation by cutting with the usual CQC tourneys and trying to carry a revolution inside this game community, ESL is proud to present to all players Team Deathmatch 4on4 Ladder!

ESL War Rock Summer Cup Series Qualification Cups are finally over. Winners have been announced and prized: but other prices are available for last step of this summer competitions: 1on1 Summer Cup - Playoffs! The Admin Team reminds that the access to Playoffs Phase is reserved to the 9 winners from the 3 played Summer Cups (first 3 classified for each competitions) and to the first 7 classified players from Warrock 1on1 Quick Ladder.

As many of you already noticed , some cheats are still undetected and PunkBuster is not always updated in time to prevent cheating in War Rock rooms. From now on , cheaters caught in public will be penalized on ESL if reported via a support ticket.

War Rock Nations Championship's Grand Finale is going to be played soon. A few challenges separate us all from the end of the second season of this important competition. Some teams are already sure at least to be part of the top 3, some others are still fighting to participate to the final phase of Rankings: This year we've seen some confirmations, some skilled teams' surprising eliminations and several new interesting entries into last important challenges.

The European Admin Team advises you all not to get busy on Saturday, 10th May 2008! The reason? Ready for War Rock community a short, but at the same time really interesting and charming competition, organized a few months ago, too: the War Rock CQC 1on1 Night Cup II!

Groupstages phase is finally over. Ten teams fought to obtain a slot and join the Finals! Best eight teams - 4 for each groupstage - has passed: last classified for each gropustage won't access eliminatory phase. All team demonstrated to be really organized: the Staff congratulates for fair play shown into groupstages' games and wishes good luck to all for upcoming challenges.

As many of you already noticed , K2 network recently updated the list of guns available for F2P users and , as always , ESL rules must guarantee a fair battle between Free To Play users and Pay To Play users.

About this the staff has decided to adopt a tough stand and to fine with a 3 months barrage those who use some kind of cheats on War Rock, get banned by the Punkbuster system and try to change their War Rock Gameaccount on ESL.

Nations Championship 2008's Playday I is over, the first games have been played and rankings have begun to shape! Remember that nothing has been decided, yet: if you lost the 1st match, there will be other challenges to gain points. As we just said, the main purposes of this competition, more than displaying your team's power, are the respect for fair play and the wish of having fun.

A new private section for National Teams' players is now available on international ESL forum!

The beginning date is bringing near! The WarRock European Admin Team is improving last details in order to start the Nation Championship Season II. The Competition will be organized just like Nations Cup's first edition: participating teams have been divided into two groupstages; the only difference this time is that each group is made up of five - instead of four, like last year's Cup - National Teams.

With this news, we want to inform you about the new Hall of Fame. This Hall was made for all players and teams who have played in cups or other tournaments. We have add all played cups and tournaments to the Hall of Fame.

The ESL Instant Challenger (EIC) is now also available in the International War Rock 1on1 , 1on1 Quick , 2on2 and 3on3+ Ladders. The EIC will be active every day from 19:00 h to 22:00 h on 1on1 Ladder, from 20:00 h to 22:00 h on 2on2 Ladder and from 20.00 h to 21.00 h on 3on3+ Ladder. As activity and demand raise, more times will be available!
