Exactly 8 month have passed since the last lesson was taught. Back then some had an unpleasant surprise when they learned that kernel/Ring0 cheats were not 100% safe from ESL Aequitas as they had been led to believe.

But just as in the nine news before, all sceptics had to accept that they had been wrong. How many more lessons have to take place until all cheaters have realized that that their plans will be thwarted again and again. Cheat coders still label their cheats as absolutely „proof“, although the past has shown to the contrary many times. Who would still trust these coders? Nobody would.

Reality looks different. No matter if it is CS 1.6, CS:Source or other games scanned by Aequitas, everywhere cheaters get on player's nerves and we catch them all!

Who still believes in this phrase should have a close look at the latest news concerning this topic.

Today we do not present you a list of cheaters, only the figures and facts of the last month.

Since the last news in March approximately 640 cheaters have been banned from gaming in the ESL. Most notably in the last few weeks, Aequitas found more than 170 cheaters. Most of them were CS:S cheaters, 130 were banned. This meant the end of a promising career in the ESL for many of them. Since Aequitas 1.0, 48.552 players been proven by Aequitas to not be playing with cheats. Go on!

An end can be a beginning. During the last weeks many cheaters seem to have thought this and tried to make new accounts and continue where they had been interrupted. But Aequitas is preventive and found the fake- and multiaccounts: 211 successfully banned and deleted fake accounts within the last weeks speak for themselves. And this is not the end! Who says we are getting tired?

I didn't use cheats!

Many people send us complaints because they do not realize that it is against the rules to use cheats only in one match to see how Aequitas works.

As a reminder: It is forbidden to try out cheats at ESL!
Complaint tickets of this kind have not helped banned people yet, so please don't write any tickets if you used cheats for fun or out of curiosity. Writing tickets in this case is a waste of time for everyone involved.

Why don't you post a list of the cheaters?

We decided to change our tactics. We don't post big lists any more but we go for frequent pinpricks. Nobody can be sure of his cheat being „Aequitas proof“. Against what cheat programmers say, Aequitas doesn't sleep and is being developed every day.

Although there is no lists, we will keep you informed!
