Coming up from the lower bracket, SkWIIrrel has won the GOA European Championship from Copmann in the grand final.

Last week we announced the eight players which managed to qualify for the GOA European Championship, the epic battles are about to begin! Starting with the first round on the after next Sunday, they will fight each other in a double elimination playoffs to crown the winners of the cool prizes.

The qualifiers for the GOA European Championship began almost a year ago. Now we finally have the 8 best players in Europe, who fought their way through several qualifiers. Over the next few weeks they will face each other to find the best player in Europe and win some great prizes!

The second Summer Cup is in the final stages but we now know the 8 qualified players for the finals of the GOA European Championship Qualifiers. The two winners of this double elimination cup will fight in the GOA European Championship against the top players from France, Spain and Germany.

Dear Fans of Gunbound, As we got a small delay in the qualification cups of the German GOA European Championsships the European Gunbound section gets a small break. We want to use this time to hold another 2on2 cup which hasn’t been played for a long time.

Dear fans of Gunbound, I got to announce to you that the February 1on1 Tag Cup is finally over. Let's check together how the tournament has gone. As you probably remember, the cup has started with a group stage that, in my opinion, didn't show great surprises and so, almost all the players that has passed to the final round (2 guys for each group) are already "well known" players here on ESL. For example, guys like Ani (ME :P), Raizor, Copmann and xMostW4nteD has own their groups without lose even a game, but also between the "2nd placed guys" we saw well skilled players like Beuteltier and Gunder.

As we published in our last news we were looking for a new admin who helps us to get a better contact between French players and the ESL community. This news will tell you everything important you want to know about the new one.

We, the Admin Team of the ESL, are trying to improve the service of the ESL for you as French Community as much we can. So we decided to hire some guy of the French community for a better communication between the ESL and the community itself. We are looking for a man who is supporting us in the European section of the ESL and getting in close contact with French players who got problems understanding English.

The day has come, today the February 1 on 1 tag-cup begins and also the first step to the GOA championships.

Here we are: 2008 is already here. And the ESL Gunbound admins wants to say "WELCOME" to this new year together with you, Gunbound's players. So we will take make a New Year's NightCup on 6th January. The cup will be a simple 16 contestant, single elimination cup and it will start at 6pm. Starting from 6pm players got to play a match per hour until the end of the tournament.
