To become admin in the ESL, you should meet the requirements:

■ at least 18 years old
■ good knowledge of the english language
■ good knowledge of the game
■ sense of responsibility, reliableness and flexibility
■ neutrality and objectivity with decision making
■ ability to team work and conflict resolution

Besides you should have enough spare time because the work as an admin is combined with an expenditure of time. It is also important, that you keep calm even if you`re stressed out.

In addition to the daily support and protesttickets, your tasks would be to organize cups and make improvements in the whole section together with the other admins.

Applications in common speach, listings or with only three or four sentences will be immediately thrown away. We`re looking forward for every interessting and detailed application.
