Create a protest. Go to open matches/find the match/enter result and at the bottom of the page you will see "Write a Match Protest"

Oponnent not showing up?
Try to find them on IRC first. Use the matchcomments. Still nobody? Go to 'Enter the result' and use the pulldown menu to say your oponnent didn't show up.

Wildcard
If one of the players can't play. They should create a protest. Players are only allowed to change the matchdate/matchtime once.
